Refund & Return Policy

At The Luna Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.You must request a return within [insert days, e.g., 7 or 14] days of receiving your order.Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Personal care items (due to hygiene reasons) unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Sale or clearance items.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at lunastore.global@gmail.com.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
