1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or supply delays, shipping times may be extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic (within India): 7 –10 business days . International: 10 –15 business days (varies by country and customs clearance) Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
4. Delays & Customs
The Luna Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions). International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
